The skillet (or frying pan if you will) features a rough, reinforced, multi-layer, haptic structure. It has been hardened twice at 220C / 420F. The fry pan features increased corrosion resistance, strength, and unmatched non-stick performance. The Scanpan Techniq pan has improved long-term resistance to overheat >260C / 500F.
The Scanpan Techniq modern skillet has a diameter of 26cm / 10.25 inches. The fry pan has a low slanted shape for easy food turning. The pan features an extra long stainless steel handle that will stay cool at all times. The fry pan was made in Denmark and has a lifetime warranty. Suitable for all cooking surfaces.
