Your order will be shipped from one of our strategically located warehouses, ensuring fast and efficient service to both our Canadian and U.S. customers. Depending on the destination, your items will ship from:

• Mississauga, Ontario
• Various locations across the United States

Shipping Carriers

Canadian Orders are shipped with Canada Post.

US Orders are shipped with UPS or USPS. There are no taxes or duties on US orders.

International Orders: are shipped with Canada Post or UPS.

Shipping Rates

We work hard to provide you with the best possible shipping rates while ensuring a great shipping experience. All shipping rates will be
displayed before you place your order. We take special care to pack fragile items with appropriate packing materials to ensure they arrive
safely. Unlike some large retailers, we use appropriately sized boxes to prevent items from moving around during transit.

Free Shipping

Orders totaling $150 or more qualify for Free Shipping within Canada and the United States. Simply select the Free Shipping option during the checkout process.

You will be provided with an estimated shipping timeline during the checkout process. Your order will be shipped within one business day.

Christmas Shipping

To help with your holiday planning, please note our recommendations to ensure delivery before Christmas:

Until December 12th: All shipping methods will ensure delivery before Christmas.

From December 13th: We recommend selecting Standard or Express Shipping for timely delivery.

From December 18th: We recommend selecting Express Shipping for Christmas deliveries.

Insurance

We take great care in packaging all shipments to ensure you receive your items in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please contact us by email or phone within 3 business days of receipt. We will either replace the damaged item(s) or issue a full refund, according to your preference. All shipments are fully insured.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your merchandise. You will be provided with detailed instructions on how to return or exchange your items. Please ensure that the returned products are in their original condition and
