The dutch oven is made with a 6.4 mm thick sandwich base with an aluminum core to provide perfect heat distribution. The cast stainless steel handles are designed to not get hot to ensure your hands are safe at all times. The dutch oven comes with a beautiful glass lid and features convenient measurement markers on the inside. It features a rim that was designed for easy pouring without dripping all over the place.
The Scanpan Impact dutch oven has a diameter of 24 cm / 9.5 inches and a capacity of 4.8 L / 5 quarts. The dutch oven is suitable for all cooking surfaces (including induction). It is dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 260C / 500F. The Scanpan dutch oven is proudly made in Denmark.
