The carving fork is forged from a single piece of steel, resulting in a full-tang construction. This allows for a seamless transition from fork to handle. The prongs are made from high-carbon stainless steel.
The carving fork has a triple rivet, ergonomic, black handle for optimal weight balance and comfort. The synthetic poly-over-molded (POM) handles resist cracking and separation from the prongs. The Victorinox Grand Maitre carving fork has 6 inch / 15 cm prongs. It was proudly made in Germany and has a lifetime warranty.
