The pan features a rough, reinforced, multi-layer, haptic structure. It has been hardened twice at 220C / 420F. The bistro stir fry pan features increased corrosion resistance, strength, and unmatched non-stick performance. The Scanpan Techniq pan has improved long-term resistance to overheat >260C / 500F.
The Scanpan Techniq bistro pan has a diameter of 26 cm / 10.25 inches and a capacity of 3.7 L / 4 quarts. The bistro pan has high rounded sides that make it easy to stir and whip without spilling. This multi purpose pan was made in Denmark and has a lifetime warranty. Suitable for all cooking surfaces.
