The Scanpan Techniq Fry Basket was developed for the professional chef and based on professional culinary techniques. The Techniq line from Scanpan is made from highest quality 18/10 stainless steel.
The stainless steel fry basket features a 6 x 6 mm mesh. It has a stable collapsible and removable handle. The frying basket is perfect for deep frying meat, fish, and much more. The basket is also great for boiling vegetables, ravioli and assorted pasta.
The Scanpan Techniq fry basket has a diameter of 28 cm / 11 inches. It is designed to fit the 30 cm Giant Braiser, which you can find below. The fry basket may also be used with other 30 cm / 12 inch pots and pans. The basket is made in Denmark and has a lifetime warranty.
