    This french fry pan features a perforated base to allow more heat to the bottom of the pan while allowing air to circulate and steam to escape. This will bake your fries both on top and bottom which ensures deliciously crispy french fries. The non-stick french fry pan is made from premium grade carbon steel, measures 38 x 33cm / 15 x 13 inches, and has a 5 year warranty.

    Better than the original

    Bought to replace a similar one that we bought locally several years ago that had served us well but the non-stick coating on that one began to flake off recently. Not a premature failure as we had used that pan for years and years. I just hope this one lasts as long. It works a bit better than the one we discarded. This one has vent holes in the "tongue" where you pour the cooked food out so food doesn't stick there - a nice improvement.
