This oyster puck was designed by Patrick McMurray BPHE, the world champion oyster shucker and Guinness Record Holder for 38 oysters opened in 1 minute. The puck is made of wood and has a diameter of 7.5cm / 3 inches with a height of 2.5cm / 1 inch. The oyster puck allows you to hold the oyster firmly while you shuck. The puck fits the Shucker Paddy oyster tray.
