The wok features a rough, reinforced, multi-layer, haptic structure. It has been hardened twice at 220C / 420F. The wok features increased corrosion resistance, strength, and unmatched non-stick performance. The Scanpan Techniq pan has improved long-term resistance to overheat >260C / 500F.
