This beautifully designed tagine from Scanpan is perfect for traditional slow cooking like braising meat or vegetables, at low temperatures. The tagine (also called tajine) features a heavy duty 18/10 stainless steel construction with a thick bonded aluminum base for fast and even heat distribution. The lid is made from white ceramic. The tagine is suitable for all heat sources (including induction), has a diameter of 28cm / 11 inches, is dishwasher safe, and was proudly designed in Denmark.
