The braising pan features increased corrosion resistance, strength, and unmatched non-stick performance. The Scanpan Techniq braiser has improved long-term resistance to overheat >260C / 500F.

The Scanpan Techniq giant braiser has a diameter of 30 cm / 12 inches and a capacity of 5.5 L / 6 quarts. The braiser has a vast cooking surface and high sides that makes it useful for stews, big batches of food, and superior for all things braising. The fry pan was made in Denmark and has a lifetime warranty. Suitable for all cooking surfaces.
