The Scanpan Impact Saute Pan features a stunning two-tone 18/10 stainless steel design with an aluminum plate at the bottom to provide optimal heat distribution. The Impact line from Scanpan truly allows you to have beautiful cookware that performs at the highest level!
The saute pan is made with a 6.4 mm thick sandwich base with an aluminum core to provide perfect heat distribution. The cast stainless steel handle and helper handle are designed to not get hot to ensure your hands are safe at all times. The saute pan comes with a beautiful glass lid and features convenient measurement markers on the inside. It features a rim that was designed for easy pouring without dripping all over the place.
The Scanpan Impact saute pan has a diameter of 28 cm / 11 inches and a capacity of 3.2 L / 3.5 quarts. The height without the lid is 9.8 cm / 3.86 inches. The pan is suitable for all cooking surfaces (including induction). It is dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 260C / 500F. The saute pan is proudly made in Denmark.
