The pasta maker has an adjustable 9-polistion dial that enables you to control the thickness of your homemade pasta, from 0.3mm - 2.5mm. The pasta machine is made from chrome plated steel and the rollers and cutters are made of anodized aluminum. The Marcato pasta machine comes with a removable motor that has 2 different speeds.
