This deluxe biscuit maker and cookie press from Marcato is made in Italy and extrudes firm dough into creative shapes for cookies and other treats without rolling or cutting dough. The silver colored cookie press is made from sturdy stainless steel and comes 20 discs for different cookie shapes. The biscuit maker allows you to quickly adjust the size of your cookies with the turn of a knob. One full cookie press makes about 40 small cookies or 25 large cookies. The Marcato cookie press features an ergonomic design that makes is easier and quicker than if you would use cookie cutters.
