The dutch oven has a capacity of 6.5 quarts / 6.5 liters and a 10.25 inches / 26cm cooking surface made of pressure-cast aluminum, for perfect heat distribution. The pot has the patented ceramic-titanium non-stick surface that allows the use of metal utensils. The dutch oven has stylish cast 18/10 stainless steel handles that are designed to stay cool. Heavy duty stainless steel rivets will permanently secure the handles to the pan's body. The Scanpan Professional series dutch oven ensures perfect food release, and is suitable for all stove top types except induction stoves. The dutch oven includes a stainless steel lid, is dishwasher safe, oven safe up to 500F, and comes in a beautiful gift box.
