The roaster features a rough, reinforced, multi-layer, haptic structure. It has been hardened twice at 220C / 420F. The square roasting pan features increased corrosion resistance, strength, and unmatched non-stick performance. The Scanpan Techniq roaster has improved long-term resistance to overheat >260C / 500F.
The Scanpan Techniq roasting pan measures 28 x 28 cm / 11 x 11 inches. The Square roasting pan has extra high sides that prevent dishes from bubbling over. It is also excellent for braising - pre-fry on the stove and finish in the oven. The roaster was made in Denmark and has a lifetime warranty. Suitable for all cooking surfaces.
