The Scanpan Impact Roasting Pan features a stunning two-tone 18/10 stainless steel design with an aluminum plate at the bottom to provide optimal heat distribution. The Impact line from Scanpan truly allows you to have beautiful cookware that performs at the highest level!
The roasting pan is made with a 6.4 mm thick sandwich base with an aluminum core to provide perfect heat distribution. The cast stainless steel handles are designed to not get hot to ensure your hands are safe at all times. The roaster comes with a removable roasting rack specifically designed for the pan. The pan features deep side walls that make it easier to fit larger cuts or meats and minimize splattering.
The Scanpan Impact roasting pan has an external size of 42 x 26 cm / 16.5 x 10.5 inches. The internal size is 35 x 24 cm / 13.8 x 9.5 inches. The roasting pan is suitable for all cooking surfaces (including induction). It is dishwasher safe and oven safe up to 260C / 500F. The Scanpan roasting pan is proudly made in Denmark.
