The 4.5 inch straight edge steak knives have triple rivet, ergonomic, black handles for optimal weight balance and comfort. The synthetic poly-over-molded (POM) handles resist cracking and separation from the blades. The Victorinox Grand Maitre steak knife set comes with 2 knives with 4.5 inch / 12 cm straight blades.
