The sauce pan features increased corrosion resistance, strength, and unmatched non-stick performance. The Scanpan Techniq pan has improved long-term resistance to overheat >260C / 500F.
The Scanpan Techniq sauce pan has a diameter of 22 cm / 8.5 inches and a capacity of 2.8 L / 3 quarts. The Windsor sauce pan is perfect for reducing sauces and stock, as well as all around use.
