Introducing: An Induction Ready Saute Pan from Scanpan of Denmark!
The Classic Induction Saute Pan from Scanpan comes with the patented non-stick Stratanium surface. The surface allows for use of all utensils, without needing to worry about scratching the pan. The PFOA-free non-stick surface also allows for fat free cooking and frying.
The saute pan is made from hand cast aluminum and is guaranteed not to warp. Scanpan always keeps on eye on the environment and thus, each pan is made from 100% recycled aluminum. Hey, who is to say you can't have an amazing saute pan and do something good for the environment at the same time?
The saute pan is suitable for the use of all cooking surfaces (induction, solid plate, radiant ring, gas, and halogen). It is oven safe up to 260 C / 500 F and dishwasher safe for easy cleaning. The saute pan has a diameter of 24 cm / 9 inches, a capacity of 2 liters / 2 quarts, and comes with a glass lid. The saute pan was proudly made in Denmark and has a lifetime warranty.
