Chef Lafer and Romertopf collaborated to create this new line of high end grilling dishes that allows for healthy and harm free cooking. This rectangular grilling dish has ridges on its surface, measures 13.3 x 8.6 x 1 inches / 36 x 23 x 2.5cm, and provides even heat distribution. The dish allows you to cook anything outside (meat, fish, veggies, chili, pizza, appetizers, desserts, etc). The Lafer dishes can be used all year round as when the summer is over you can take your dishes inside and use in your microwave or stovetop. The Lafer grilling dish is made in Germany from natural clay with a glass frit finish and is PTFE/PFOA free and very easy to clean. The BBQ dish retains heat well to keep your food warm while it is on your table. The Romertopf Lafer dishes are hand made and the finishes in color and speckles vary from piece to piece.
