The Shucker Paddy oyster knife features a ergo-dynamic dual axis, non-slip, pistol grip design that requires less force on your part and has with an integrated finger guard to protect from injury.
The oyster opener has a 135 degree angle that will keep your forearm in alignment with the blade for maximum transfer of power. The 8cm / 3" steel stainless steel blade with tapered tip is super sharp and long enough for all type of oysters.
