This gorgeous end grain chef's cutting board measures 14 x 14 x 1.25 inches / 36 x 36 x 3.2cm and is made from beautiful acacia hardwood. One of the nicest features of acacia is that it appears to change color in different lighting conditions. The end grain cutting board is easy to maintain. Simply wash it with warm soapy water, rinse, and then let it dry. The end grain chef's board is less dulling to your knives than other types of cutting boards would be. This is because the wood grain direction accommodates the cutting, rather than resisting it.
